Mandy CI called and left a voice message asking for information about leaving the truck on a Sunday and received a prompt. The gentleman was very kind and friendly and gave me the information I needed to drop off the truck as well as complete the rental agreement.
PENNY JThe process to get the truck took forever and ate into 45 minutes of the time frame we rented it for. Then we returned it to the exact same place that we got it from and followed the instructions, locked it up and put the keys in the drop box, and then got a bunch of emails saying that we never returned the truck and they were "unable to reach us". 0/10, would never rent from here (and probably the company as a whole) again.
Kate BOnline checkout & return was very easy. It would have been nice to know this was the process prior to picking up = rather than asking the nearby businesses.
