The process to get the truck took forever and ate into 45 minutes of the time frame we rented it for. Then we returned it to the exact same place that we got it from and followed the instructions, locked it up and put the keys in the drop box, and then got a bunch of emails saying that we never returned the truck and they were "unable to reach us". 0/10, would never rent from here (and probably the company as a whole) again.
