First, I didn't see that the rate per mile had increased from 2 weeks ago I had rented another van. It was 1.09, and it has become 1.59, wooow 50% increase. Second, when I got the van, the fuel.was at 3/4, and in less than 5 miles it went in 1/4. Furthmore, the employees are really rude.

I'm not sure what the problem was, but here is my bad experience. After making a reservation and utilizing the U-Haul early online check in feature which is suppose to cut your wait time at the location, the customer service rep started putting in all the information I had already put when I made the original reservation. I was waiting for him to finish for 25 min. He asked how far I was going, where was I returning the van, my phone number driver license address etc, did I need extra equipment, and I was getting very irritated because I had already put all of this information on the reservation. So why was it as if he was creating a whole new order? Didn't save me anytime at all. Poor experience.

Update the computer and Hardware, hire someone who is knowledgeable in operating the computer, make sure vehicles are clean and ready to go before handing over the keys to the customer enact some Financial compensation for shortcomings in any of these categories to the customer

It took 45 mins to rent a van I had already made a reservation for!! Why, because the staff moved like molasses, had trouble hearing, seeing the screen, and following my reservation. I requested a dolly, and after waiting 45 mins to be processed, completely forgot about it until I arrived at my moving location, and checked the receipt. This was not a great experience, as time was limited to move. I am not huge complainer when it comes to customer service, but maybe you guys should send a spy customer in to get an idea of the insanity.

I was not happy with the whole rental procedures. I reserved the trailer two weeks ago. Then on Thursday u haul called me and said they didn't have a trailer for me, then they transferred my call to queens to get a trailer then queens didn't have a trailer. Then they transferred me to new Rochelle, they had a trailer for me and said come on the 25 after noon time. Then on the 25 the New Rochelle u haul called me at 10 am and told me they didn't have a trailer for me. After my flipping out on the phone they found a trailer for me. This is not acceptable and it made my moving experience a night mare

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE GAS REPLACENT WORKS!!!!! I PUT OVER $60.00 INTO A TANK THAT WAS JUST ABOVE 1/4 FULL. I DROVE A TOTAL OF 127 MILES AND THE GAS MEANS NOTHING TO YOU. THIS IS REDICULOUS. YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS AS A CORPORATION. I DON'T WANT TO RENT AGAIN FROM UHAUL BECAUSE OF THIS AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO RENT FROM OTHER COMPANIES. THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPANIES WHO EXPLAIN MORE THAN PUTTING YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE BEFORE TAKING THE TRANSMISSION OUT OF PARK. BAD JOB.

I picked the trailer up on Tuesday morning and dropped it off on Wednesday afternoon, I was told by the store that as long as I dropped it off by end of business Wednesday I would only be charged for one day but I was charged for two days. I don't like being told one thing and then being billed differently!

Even though the place is low key and remote, the owner is knowledgeable, advised me the best deal (confirming the online recommendations), and made it the most accommodating experience. The young guys helping at the counter have always been welcoming and helpful. It's my 3rd time at this place and I recommend it very much.

I made a reservation on July 13, 2017 for moving help at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 with Starq Services. Starq Service confirmed the job and timing in writing on Thursday, July 13, 2017. Starq Services was a no show on the job. When Starq Services failed to show up with no advance notice, I had to scrabble to find family members to assist me with the move. Instead of a short 2 hour move, left without the moving help we had contracted for from Starq Services, the move took us late into the night. My wife was injured in trying to help in the move when Starq Services failed to show up. Starq Services was wholly unprofessional in handing this situation. Saul at Starq Services first told me at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 that his crew would be 15 to 30 minutes late for the job because of traffic. Saul at Starq Services then called me at 4:30 p.m. (the confirmed start time for the job) with a story that his crew had an accident and that he would need to send another crew and that the replacement crew would not arrive until 6:00 p.m. (90 minutes after the confirmed move time). When I pressed for an explanation and offered to pick up the Starq Service crew, Saul confessed that at 4:30 p.m. his crew was still in Queens, NY, approximately 90 minutes away from the move location in Ardsley, NY. The stories continued from Saul and he ultimately confirmed in writing that crew would arrive by 7:00 p.m. (2 1/2 hours later than the confirmed move time). However, without notice and while I was waiting for the replacement Starq Services crew, Saul cancelled the job and indicated that his movers would be no shows. Saul then repeatedly tried to deceive me into cancelling the moving job on the MovingHelp.com website to avoid responsibility for failing to show up for the job. This conduct is outrageous and unprofessional and completely inconsistent with the service I have received from other moving companies I hired for other moves on MovingHelp.com through the UHaul website. Starq Services should be immediately removed from the MovingHelp.com listings and this summary of the outrageous and unprofessional conduct should be posted to all of your reviews for Starq Services.
