The back bed could be a bit cleaner. Lots of dirt and debris left from previous renter. But I to also left a bit of dirt and footprints. With no complaint, so guess it goes both ways.

STEVEN KThe U-haul App should be better on returning. Since I made it earlier to return the rental the App was not allowing to process the return. I had to make the call so that I can return the U-haul because I didn’t know the process to it. It was very disappointing to have to deal with that.
