There were no utility dollies at the Manhattanville U-Haul location when I picked up my rental van, which was incredibly inconvenient as I was moving into a 6-story walk-up. Also dangerous for my back. I called U-Haul customer service to see if I could rent a dolly from another U-Haul location in Manhattan, and customer service transferred me to the wrong numbers twice, including to a random woman who doesn't work for U-Haul - she said "yeah I get calls all of the time from people thinking I work from U-haul." Also, the website wouldn't let me log in that day (it wouldn't send me the one-time code even though I entered my phone number correctly) and the app kept crashing. I ended up renting a dolly from Lowe's. I'm amazed I was able to move in despite all of the obstacles that U-Haul presented me.
