Arrived at 6:15pm to pick up the van, only to discover that this location doesn’t offer after hours mobile pick up even though my reservation was for 6:15pm and the mobile pick up option was selected. Had to call customer service and was told to go to another location. After insisting and saying that this was a time sensitive situation, the customer service representative and the person at the store were able to make it work after all. The truck itself was dirty. There was a random cardboard box in the back, and the truck was littered with plant soil. The only good part was the guy who was at the location. He took ownership of the situation and was able to assist me with my reservation. He was great.

I reserved the truck and pickup and drop off location 20 days before, as I walk up to the pickup location you changed it on me. Then you also changed the drop off location. What was the point of making a reservation? Absolutely ridiculous. The drop off I was forced to go to was inaccessible and completely out of the way which costs me gas and a taxi home.
