The gas reading must be checked before handing the keys over to the customer. I’ve had TWO experiences where the gas reading on the paper was different from the actual reading in the vehicle. I was billed for the first mistake but I ensured the attendant followed me to the vehicle this second time. As I suspected, the reading in the vehicle was lower than that on the paper. He had to make changes afterwards. Also, the parking spot is too tight to maneuver.

Ketra CThe guy in charge of the rentals was less than helpful. When I had already gotten the keys and was inspecting the van, a box truck was parked in my way, and when I brought it up, the guy said "I was taking too long" and told me to ask one of the mechanics to move the truck so I could get out.
