I needed to go to another station to get a van that was half an hour away. I was forced to reserve another vehicle, which was much larger and more expensive than what I needed. And when I arrived at the station, I saw that the bus I needed was already there. But it had been promised to someone else, and they didn't give it to me!!! Even though the contract stated that the reservation was confirmed...
YURII NI was very upset do to the fact that you emailed someone else which caused problems for me ....The person had my information and called me about me using there info which I did not .....
