Worst uhual experience ever. The people working at the counter does not know what they are doing and keep making mistakes during the renting process and ask us to fill out info that is not usual for uhual. Had good experiences with uhual years ago but I will not use it again
Rachel ZThis is my 2nd business with UHaul. My van was in super clean condition and no mechanical issues at all. I finished my job with cooling air and music on radio. Took me little more time for paperwork on the app but worth it. Good customer service overall.

Norma RPoor check-in experience. Employees had issues with the app/check-in technology and overall process. Check-out was also very minimal with no post-return inspection of the vehicle by employees and no off-boarding explanation of next steps for me as the customer (I.e. transaction receipt emai, additional charges if applicable, etc).
