My first appointment at the fashion supply on 7th ave. was bad. They had a truck, but no key. I was told I would receive a $50 credit for the trouble, but have not seen it. The Mt. Pleasant location was clean, quick, friendly, and professional.

The truck was great but the process for actual renting was a little crazy. they gave my reservation to someone else. I received text that truck was due back without even have picked it up yet. I was given someone else's reservation with same last name when I went. My bank card was attached with someone else address and license number. then was supposedly fixed. Got called 1 hr later they were confused supposedly fixed over phone, then early next day still got call asking for card again for 3rd time now cause still had info incorrect or mixed.

I did book my uhaul rental for this location. As I was now told over the phone I could submit my uber receipt for my transportation to the uhaul, at the location, for reimbursement later, I was disappointed to be informed that they do not accept the receipts at the location, and that has to be sent to uhaul. The representatives did not show me anything in the truck, and instead of letting me make safe adjustments before driving the vehicle, the employee pulled it out into the middle of the street, blocking traffic, forcing me to immediately enter and drive the vehicle. I am not a truck driver on most days, it would be nice to have a moment to get used to my vehicle! In addition the representative offered to let me change my return location to save $30. He did not know the facilities hours, but said that they are always open till 5pm at least. That was a lie, the facility was closed on Sundays.

This is my second time here and once again the person was rude! I went to drop the truck off because I know they don't usually have trucks and they were close. Win-win for everyone. I had a box that I needed to dump and the guy gave me major attitude about it. Between the cost for me to move from Boston, get a storage unit for two months, order another moving van and truck to move my stuff out of storage- I spent close to $500.00 with Uhaul recently, the last thing I needed is someone telling me I can't put a box in a dumpster because people are paying for it. The dumpster needed to be emptied and was over flowing, so if people are paying for it- I can tell you they weren't getting their money's worth. And he had the nerve to tell me I was the most condescending customer he had when he was the one telling me off because I wanted to throw a box away. The nerve of him. I will never go back to that location again.

I had asked whoever was working at storage blue in Newark on Wednesday morning, I think his name was Atif, if he could let me know if the truck came back early, before five-- The truck came back at one, but he didn't pass on the message to the next person coming into work, sadly-- I had reserved a utility dolly, an appliance dolly, and a dozen furniture pads, which I then changed to two utility dollies, and 18 furniture pads--the reservation did not reflect the change. When I got there, nothing was at that location aside from the appliance dolly, I had to go to a second location on Broadway to get the equipment that I had reserved-- Also, someone at the storage blue location had recorded the amount of gas incorrectly, and I had to get the person at the Broadway location to change my equipment contract-- So, a lot of wasted time––and lack of communication–– Also, almost no one at either location seemed to know if this was a commercial vehicle, and whether or not I could drive on all bridges and tunnels and roadways with a truck. One guy eventually told me "no parkways"--I really think this needs to be a sheet of paper that you hand out to everybody who rents a truck--it's not something we automatically know-- Thanks for reading––Anne, contract number 95153950

The agent at the window was not pleasant and gave me a form already checked off and told me to sign. Didn't want me to read what I was signing. The van was dirty with scraps of material and white dust. I was not happy, but needed the van immediately. I told the agent and he said it was just returned.

the location is not easy to find because it's inside the StorageBlue facility, while one expects to see the U-HAUL colors and logo. A bit of U-HAUL signage from McCarter Highway would be helpful

Worker was very helpful with directions to avoid tolls but then forgot to put the dolly on the On the truck so I have to come back and get it it was a waste of time. Other than that it was a easy process

THERE IS NO VISIBLE KEY DROP BOX, I CIRCLED THE FACILITY FOR 15-20 MINS LOOKING FOR IT. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO CALL UHAUL AND ASK FOR HELP.

There was an issue with one tire but the attendant was detailed oriented and gave proper warning. Your mileage calculator was off by 26 miles. Both check in and check out we’re easy. Much respect for your worker great help and attitude

Worst experience ever would never recommend anyone When I took the vehicle it was not clean And fuel tank was not full no body informed me I have to top fuel up they charged me 20$ extra for fuel.
