They were rude and if you rent any equipment, they will leave it in the office but not bring it to the truck. Mind you, there are steps and no easy way to take the equipment down. Also, they “require†you bring the rented equipment back up the steps and to the office. It wouldn't have been such a miserable experience if they were professional and kind.

Everything was excellent
sharad K.There was no parking lot. Only the ramp to the store where another U-Haul was parked. If that other U-Haul was not there we wouldn't know where to park. There were minimal instructions and the storage facility had no parking lot of its own.
