Make sure the driveway is available to drive in. There were these 2 pickups, 1 was white with an older white guy with gray hair driving it, would not move and let us through. I barely squeezed between him and the tongue of a u-Haul trailer, so we could drop off the key in the box. Thank you

This car hauler I rented was caked with dry mud mostly on the car ramps when I pulled them out!

Timothy BClean out truck, have it stocked with the items we ordered, have doors marked where truck is to be picked up. U-Haul system was down so we had to wait for that to be fixed. Even though we did everything online we still had to wait every step of the process.
