Adding personal information and credit card was fast and easy. It took over an half a hour to get verified even though we used the six digit code. I was unable to get that 4 digit code needed to unlock the key. That was not worth my time. The location is okay, but I will have to share that getting the key is a big hassle.

Richard RI had trouble with taking a picture using the link send by uhaul. The uhaul employee helped me through the process which I appreciate.
RANDALL WJust make sure you down the App and have all information done before getting to actually pickup because it can take for ever. Because unorder to get the Vehicle Key you need to do all that through the App to The Code to get The Key.
