I mostly use the mobile app to pick up my truck when needed. It’s easy and quick. If I ever have a problem the customer service and main office support is excellent and always helpful. The van I rented this time was new and I appreciate the upgrade of equipment!

Very efficient online reservation, quick easy check out at the office, efficient online processing of final payment and receipt after returning key after hours to drop box. Great customer service at the check out counter.
Raymond BIt was dangerously pitch black as there was not one working light in the parking lot. I will not recommend. I even told him I was returning the truck after dark and he did not warn me there would be no lights in the entire parking lot. Walking past 7 box trucks around a large building in the pitch black was very scary!!!! Not safe.
