U-Haul charged me extra . I contacted the customer service and complained about that, and I still waiting for a manager to contact me and explain why I had to pay 17$ for 5 miles and 17 $ for the insurance that I never asked when I booked the truck online. Super disappointed, I don’t recomand this company and I won’t use it from now on.
Dan MAll the confirmation from Uhual said the vehicle would be ready at 9:00am. The location was not open when I arrived at 9:00am. Someone finally arrived around 9:30am. I even called the store and they said we are not open until 10:00am but he did say he had someone on the way.
Richard SWorst experience with drop off location Time stated for drop off was 24 hours but when i reached there it was closed and i had to visit again the next morning to drop off the uhaul.
Satyan GI was told that I could drive 74 miles, but when I returned the car, I was informed that there was an extra mileage charge of $26 that I had to pay. In total, I drove 72 miles and kept the car for less than 4 hours.
