My only comment is that we labored hard to sweep out the body of the truck so we could return it clean. Yet, we were charged a cleaning fee . Why?

NTHONY RThe address for drop off needs to be updated. The correct address is 958 John Stark — NOT 633 John Stark. That address is someones home and down the road from the actual uHaul location which was absolutely absurd during the drop off when the app had to have me drive down the road on order to start the return process, then I had to drive BACK to the actual drop off location to take photos. It was an absolute meas.
