The location was great and accessible. The issue I had was with the mobile app experience. The app was horrible and not friendly to navigate. The links did not work within the app, especially when it came time to return the truck. I was able to contact customer service and Sylver was great. For this reason I would not recommend U-Haul, no matter the location, but this has nothing to do with the location.

NATHAN RExtremely unprofessional, she didn’t know how to handle the situation and I ended up being over charged and joe I have to call the 2800 number to fix it? This experience made me never want to use U-Haul again. I’ve never gone through this before and I will not be going though it again.
