Sketchy is an understatement. I would NEVER go to a location like that willingly, and the fact that I had scheduled to drop off somewhere else and was forced to go there was wrong.

The 4x8 enclosed trailer we rented was dirty and had a very strong smell of animal urine. The associate at the location did not hook up the trailer or watch us hook up. There was no indicator/brake light test. We were charged insurance with out our knowledge or authorization. We were also overcharged for the rental
Jamie SI had to move another trailer prior to even loading my trailer up because it was in the back of the lot. They were not ready for me to be picked up. There was boxes in it when I got it. Take it to my drop off location nobody there to help unload it. They just pointed the direction. They wanted me to put the trailer there and that was it. Nobody there to check me in at all. Can’t say I’ve ever use them again.
Phillip LTrailer was great...staff was terrible. Not trained very well, their English was not clear and they kept switching back and forth between languages...took way longer than anticipated and vost me a full day of rental. The staff did not seem to value my time. I will drive further to avoid this location!
