Thus was the strangest place I've ever gone to get a Uhaul. It's in a gas station and you go to the clerk and have to wait in line and get out of line if customers come while you are trying to get the rental. After getting the truck the engine was loud and sounded like it would blow up I wasn't even sure I'd make it home in the truck. After about 20 minutes it suited down. And the worst part was the location I picked up at was 9 miles out of my way from where I had originally reserved the Uhaul for.
Christopher HDon’t overcharge!!! I was charged for 3 day when I only used it for 1 please refund 2 days of charges. Picked up on 10/19 & returned on 10/20!!!

Carlos AThe only thing I hated was I lived two blocks down from the uhaul on Brady ave. I came straight to my house and saw that the ramp was to small .So I took the truck back right away. It was less than a mile . It took about 15 . I was charged a full day and insurance for 15 minutes . It’s not fair I had to pay. I didn’t even use any gas. You can refund my money.
