JENNIFER RI was over charged on the rental. Was nobody I can talked. Terrible service, they advertised service from 9:00 to 12 ; no even by phone. The phone at location is not in service.
MARCELO CThis location is great but unfortunately I keep good records of my ezpass and pay the ones I go through but uhaul has a bad habit of trying to double charge. I have conformation# but they still try to charge for the same paid violations.
JAMES GThe owner was very professional, & made the truck rental very easy & not complicated. Definitely will rent again from this location, actually , in about another week or so. Also, you can reserve a truck in advance, that was very helpful.
