It was hard to rate equipment clean and well maintained. uhaul was clean, but when driving it was hard to steer and keep from veering to the left and it made a grinding sound at times. I let the person who was in charge of the uhaul know when we dropped off and he was going to have it checked out by garage down the road. So overall it was good but need to be looked at, so I get maintained, as long as those renting advised if there was a problem. So I put yes, you did not have a spot for sort of or partially. The gentleman who ran the uhaul was very nice, pleasant, helpful and receptive to good and bad. We appreciated Rudy's help and courtesy and will use his uhaul site anytime we need a uhaul in the future.

The steering on this truck was not good! Cab had a funny smell,. The transmission defaults to the tow/haul mode and if you are not aware you think there is something wrong w the truck!

This was not the drop off location that was texted to me. The location was a towing company in Moncks Corner SC that didn't help me a bit. The guy that was in the office had no clue what to do with the trailer, so he told me to leave it in front of a couple of the Uhaul trucks that were parked there. Then some girls out of Georgia kept calling me asking where the trailer was. I emailed them pictures of where I dropped it off, then a few days later they called back asking if I would report the trailer stolen because they couldn't located it. The police informed me that they needed to do the reporting, not me which I was in total agreememtn with. I drove by the towing company a week or so after all of this just to see if the trailer was still there, which it was. I'm not sure who you have handling drop offs out of Georgia, but they are HORRIBLE. You need to get this problem fixed.

Make sure all equipment is operational, including office equipment... your office should NEVER be taking photos of clients ID on there personal cell phone. As iND dealers all of there equipment should be clean top to bottom. Show the customer that you care!

I was told erroneous information when I reserved the vehicle. I questioned the return date since it was Easter. I was told just have the truck back before 8 AM on Monday. I dropped it off Sunday evening and came in a 7 AM to ensure the paperwork was properly done. I arrived to find I had been charged a late fee. When I explained what I was told she told me there was nothing she could do and that the notes said I was late picking up. Again something not true. I reserved a truck around 1 PM for a three PM pick up a a different location. I arrived at three and was told the truck was not there. I was called when it arrived and came to pick up the truck. I was not late, the truck was not ready on time. I’m almost 60 and have used U-Haul many many times. Although I will use U-Haul again and recommend it to others I would rate this overall experience as extremely disappointing. That said the equipment is always in good shape. The incorrect info cost me almost $60 and sadly it does not grow on trees.

I wouldn't only because they are not completely aware of Uhaul policies I guess. Instead of doing a prepay, they dispatched the truck 2hrs before it should've been picked up, so I automatically lost 2hrs of moving/drive time. Then I was given a truck with issues, but at least I got moved, even if there was an extra day involved.
