The owner Tried to pull the U-Haul out for me and get it started with the heat on and he hit my car. My car is in the body shop waiting for an estimate right now.He took all day to give me any insurance information that the claim was filed. I contacted my insurance company as he took to long to process the claim through Newhall because I was without a vehicle. I was traveling out of town moving my son into his new home. I love the 150 miles away from here . And I was still charge for you after all this.I will be calling corporate on Monday. I am very dissatisfied and not quite sure how many years you have again after I’ve used it numerous times for different things.

The owner at the location as was amazing! There always a last minute change and my pick up location was changed to this location which also changed the pick up time. This business opens at 9:00am however, due to the confusion he opened up early, went over everything with plus and provided the best customer service! Highly recemonded! 5 stars

DISPUTE - Please involve Customer Service. My truck (the tow vehicle) broke down in Ashtabula Ohio. I called this West York Agway to tell them that my roundtrip was now impossible. They updated my contract and told me to drop the trailer 2 blocks away at Harley's Service Center (another UHaul agent). They assured me the rental would still not exceed $158. Harley billed me $369!! I am disputing that charge - DOUBLE what Agway told me. I called Harley's and they have no idea how to help. I called 1-800 Uhaul and your rep told me there is a "wrong destination" charge (NOT SHOWN ON MY RECEIPTS!!). She also said THIS form is the only way I can start a billing dispute. WHO WOULD KNOW THAT? Your customer service to agents, and centrally, is not consistent or easy to navigate - and I'm an attorney who helps people with disputes for a living. I WAITED 45 MINS TO GET THE TRUCK AFTER IT WAS RESERVED PRIOR. THE TRUCK HAD CIGARETTE BUTTS IN ASHTRAY AND WAS FILTHY. THE BACK OF THE TRUCK HAD DEBRIS AS WELL.
