The gentleman running it, i believe his name was Paul, was very pleasant to work with. Was easy to find and get the keys to the truck, Paul helped me with the return of the truck and was kind enough to park it for me. Would recommend anyone to go through him to rent a truck.

Paul was great to work with, the U-Haul We rented had some issues with tires, they changed it quickly however Paul needs better support for maintenance on his vehicles.
meg cIt would have been helpful to let us know at the beginning of the instructions that the keys to our truck were not in the numbered boxes. We watched the how to video that explains how to retrieve the key from a numbered box. It was a bit confusing that our keys were inside the “box” which was the actual back of the truck.
