The truck was terrible. You couldn’t go over 60 without it shaking very badly. It also would shake when you issued the brakes. I was not satisfied at all!

My problem was not with this location but rather the with the reservation process. I had reserved the size truck I needed and an appliance dolly at a location convenient to my move but was contacted late afternoon the day before and was told there would be no truck available at that location. I was told the closest location with a truck was about 40 minutes away and did not have the appliance dolly which I had to have for this move. I then asked the lady at customer service to find me a dolly locally and I would go pick it up. She did locate one and I drove 30 minutes each way to pick it up but was told when I arrived that I could not have that one because it was already rented out for the next morning. I have rented several trucks and vehicle haulers for this current move with no problems but this reservation was a disaster.
Michael SThe location was changed the day we were supposed to pick up truck to a further distance. The location was a convenience store and the person was one of the rudest people I have met. Obviously he had issues with women. He was unbelievably rude. We had people waiting to help us load so I had no choice but to get the truck. We have used UHual before and will never again

Mario PAttendant was slow and pretty lazy. These trailers are heavy and at first he wasn’t even gunna help me hook it to my truck. He really pissed me off, I would never use that location ever!
