Charged 450 bucks for 1 day and 1/2 drove 50 miles in total. Supervisor would not call me back and help with problem, will take action until it’s fixed.

Uhaul staff, Other than not having the right size truck at the location designated online, and traveling to the proper location to pick it up, the man where we actually picked up the truck was amicable and a pleasure to do business with! I believe it was 410 Elkin Hwy Wilkesboror, NC where the truck actually was picked up at. The truck ran fine, no issues, and I would recommend Uhaul to the next person! thank you E. Rose
Elaine RThe office that I picked up the car transport trailer was complete joke. They have no idea what they’re doing. They can’t keep up with who rented what equipment and who returned it or where it’s at. Then they tried to charge my credit card over $600 in some else’s account. Horrible U-Haul location to deal with. I do alit of business with U-Haul and this the worst I’ve ever seen.
Jerry MNothing wrong with the location except the text that I was sent from U-Haul gave me a location that wasn't the correct location. It sent me to a different location than I confirmed when ordering the truck. Which in turn caused me to drive extra miles that I was charged.
