Joshua was really helpful and courteous and a pleasure to work with. When the lights in the truck didn't work while I was on the road, he took the time to assist me and make sure I got the lights to work and I was safe. Another employee of Yankee Peddler, whose name I don't know, was the complete opposite. He was rude and not helpful and dismissive when I encountered a problem with lights. After I hung up with him I called Joshua, who was great.

Kerline T.The truck's cabin was dirty ans stinky. Some furniture pads were most likely missing (I made the mistake of not counting them when I got the truck). And water was pouring inside, my furniture was wet. I have video footage of the inside of the truck to prove it. And I return the truck with gas tank half full when it was 1/4 full when I picked up. With all that, I am charged $25 for missing/wet furniture pads. That's not right.
