The people at this location were great. My problem is with Uhaul itself. I booked a reservation at the San Rafael store and they changed it to this location less than 48 hours before pick up. It was incredibly inconvenient on moving day. Also, it’s time for Uhaul to upgrade these vehicles and add more safety features. Add some alarms and back up cameras.
