Your representative at the convenience store/gas station was quite unfriendly, difficult to understand, and not willing to answer basic questions. Although the transaction ended up working out fine- he oddly asked me for a “reference” after the transaction seemed to be confirmed and he had given me the keys. I asked why he wanted this - he seemed unwilling or unable to explain the reason. I gave him the name and info for my son - who was standing beside me in the store. The truck itself was in rough shape- gauges were broken - the driver’s door wouldn’t close properly etc. in the end the move got done - and your rates are reasonable.
ALLAN HGas was 3/4 full on pick up cargo area was dirty with itens left inside I put gas in at end and left it with more than it started with and charged for it not being filled up and i have filed a dispute over tje charges and was charged more than i should have been
RICHARD TThe guy at the front desk can barely speak English and he’s beyond RUDE… Apparently other customers had the same experience with him so he’s known for being rude and he lacks customer service skills. The location was the Mobile gas station in Alliston/ Victoria Street.
OMAR FQuit being so damn decietful with the $19.95 . I’m not naive enough to believe there are extras but 4 hours and when I get the bill it goes from $19.95 to $240 and I only went a little over 100km . Just be better it’s a douchey way to do biz IMHO
