Worst experience ever! The person at the desk did not check me in and did a poor job of hooking the equipment on my car. I used the equipment for one day and then UHAUL called me to ask why I did not pick the equipment.

One place reserved the trailer for me and wear to pick up . Got confirmation from place to pick up . I go there and they don’t have the trailer . They tell me I was to pick up at an other place. Go there no they don’t carry that trailer. But they did find me a place to go get one . They were just fine no problem.
