Staff called to confirm drop off. Gate was left open to facilitate an after hours drop off.
JENIFER AI picked up at 4:00pm and the woman in the office would not let me in and yelled at me through a mail slot to use my phone app. I explained that I was told I would be helped by a person and she walked away. The parking lot has room for 5 cars and it had three U-haul trucks in it. There was no where to park in an open spot to take photos unless I was in the way blocking access to the storage center keycard gate. While inspecting the truck, I found a rouge hand truck in the back and 5/8 of a tank of fuel. I wasn't going to leave it outside or talk to the lady again so I took it with me and turned it in at the drop off location. Miserable experience, horrible location, and rude attendant.
