We rented this van from a location close to our home. They called the day of rental and told us it was at a different location. Once at that location we were told we had to go to another store. This wasted over an hour of the day. We then missed another appointment because it took us so long to pick up the rental and deliver the furniture and then take the rental back. Terrible service on all sides.
