1. Requested Furniture and Utilities Dolly as part of initial booking a month back but while taking the truck I was informed that Dolly was not present am not understanding why then there is an option to book a dolly as part of reservation ? 2. I looked into the service hours for Pickering Uhaul at Kingston road and closing hours was mentioned as 8 PM and I left the truck there by 7.30 PM still I was charged for after hours service charge I dont understand the reason behind this service charge 3. Truck was really old without any GPS or reverse parking camera, worst part is the passenger side mirrors are not adjustable it is fixed at specific position.
