So they changed my reservation the day before I was supposed to pick up the equipment and I had requested after hours pick up. They change the location to one that didn’t have after hours pick up so I’m standing in the lot and I can’t get into the truck I’m on the phone with them and they transfer my reservation to another U-Haul pick up halfway across town. I finally get over there and deal with the fucking nightmare process in order to get the keys get into the truck that’s of course fucking filthy outside and has an empty gas tank.

I had to wait 5-10 minutes for an employee to show up when I went to pick up the trailer and no one was available when i returned the trailer so I just left it in the parking lot.
