Things went well with the pickup and drop off. However, after my credit card confirmed pickup location was changed, causing me to have more driving distance, due to the reserved vehicle becoming unavailable due to an accident, I contacted customer service and was told I was entitled to and a request was submitted for a $50 reservation credit to my method of payment. I have not been contacted about the credit or seen it in my account yet, which is disappointing.
