They were very fast friendly and efficient. They really went out of their way to help me. We were moving with what turned out to be less than competent movers who hadn’t appropriately estimated the necessary truck space. Empire saved the day by getting me an additional truck.

I just wish someone would let you know the check in process after you return the rental. In the past after hours you would mark the mileage and fuel level on a form and drop it in a secured box with the keys.
Daniel GI never received my keys and missed my move because you guys didn’t to make sure everything was good on your end . Also got charged $100 without ever using the truck
