Very poor service and delay in delivering the equipment and charging for hours when the equipment has already been returned.

They are moving so this is all moot but some lights on the lot for late night pick ups and drop offs would be very good
Benjamin CDrove into this business establishment and a very helpful lady walk out almost immediately to greet me at the door. Asked a couple of questions about the trip, how the vehicle operated and she was saod, everything was godd to go and thnked me for bringing the vehicle back ,clean, on time and full of fuel.
SEAN CWe were charged for gas after putting more in it than was there originally. I'm very unhappy about that.
Kimberly WOpen on Saturday would be nice. Even if just until noon. It would be really nice to be able to rent from this location and return to this location. It made a lot of extra driving for me, which I was charged for.
