Printer wasn't working, I didn't get a copy of my rental agreement or a receipt of purchase, Otherwise the experience was excellent.
I have used uhaul many times with good experiences. This time not. I rented a auto transport. One tire strap was torn 95% of the way through but I waited to have it replaced. I spent time to lubricated and free rusted and badly sticking strap ratchets to make them usable, then a call from uhaul insisted I return it to a location 45 min away from me (1.5 hr round trip) and bypass two other uhaul locations on the way. That one puzzled me, so no, not the best experience this time.
Very helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Trailer had some kind of gasoline oil mix on the floor. I had to clean it and cover the floor with packing materials before loading my household boxes.
Customer service was great, vehicle was clean and trailer was hooked up before I got there. Wish there would have been a little more fuel in the tank though. Only 3/8 full

Peak perfomance has always been great. On the other hand to alternitave location in othello wa the water hole doesnt know how to rent out equipment even with a web reservation. I had to call you guys and cancel my reservation with them after they wouldnt figure it out in 45 minutes.
Truck was filthy and I was charged a $25 fee to then clean it when I dropped off in Kirkland. Plus, it was a self pickup key was suppose to be in front driver wheel well. Was in the rear.
Uhaul got us out of a pickle.

Cameron was very helpful and had the truck ready when we picked it up. Very clean vehicle and easy to drive.
How about be open during business hours so I can pick up my rental the day/time I'm told I'm able too? That would be nice. A big hinderance to my moving plans.
When I called to make the reservation I was specifically told they are closed Saturday and Sunday and to return the truck ANYTIME Monday. When I went to check out a different employee became angry and agitated saying thebtruck was due first on Sunday then it was Saturday and they come to check and it wasn't back and I was going to be charged over 100 dollars. He kept inturrupting when I tried to report what I had been told. He eventually took the charge off but I will not use this location again. It was an inconvenience to me to have to keep the truck over the weekend and I was told it was a base charge plus miles when I specifically asked if I would be charged for having to keep it over the weekend. I feel taken advantage of.
I had to drive two hours out of my way on the day I was moving out of town to get a truck. Very irritating. I also got charged $25 cleaning fee that should not have been charged. I saw two sunflower seeds on the floor. That shouldn't constitute a charge. The guy in Othello made the trip worth it with his discounts, But the transportation department needs to do a better job informing potential customers they have to go out of town for vehicles.
Business was closed, I just dropped off the trailer.
