Your focus is definitely not on renting U-Haul trucks! You never answered your phone : I made several attempts to contact you by phone before I arrived there. So, I believe that; if I hadn't walked in there; to inquire and obtain your services; I don't know if I would have ever connected with you And I don't believe you were very forthright in communicating the terms at the time of the rental; when we created this contract. Also: The gas gauge in the truck that I rented was broken! That truck did NOT have a full tank of gas when we left the lot with it. The gas gauge was broken I know it for a fact because when I went to refill the tank at the end of the move; the gas gauge never went all the way back to full despite putting $67.00 back into it. I feel that I had to put in much more gas than was necessary to refill that tank. (60 miles was all that was driven in less than 12 hours; in this 10 foot truck) NOBODY told me that I had to return the truck to where I rented it. I have never rented a U-Haul before. And I do not believe I will ever require your services in the future.

Facility was filthy, disorganized, didn’t have blankets ordered and paid for. Claimed to be a drop off facility and “not a U-Haul” facility. I’d borrow a friend’s trailer next time rather than use this facility. Office personnel were dismissive, not caring or concerned with lack of ordered supplies.
Michael WI will not being recommending Uhaul in general because of the gas I lost in this transaction. Tanks should be FULL when you pick them up and the customer should have to return them full. None of this nonsense trying to get as close to 3/8ths of tank not knowing how fuel efficient the vehicle is in. This should not reflect badly for the locations, they were both fine but I have nowhere else to complain about this. Uhaul is taking advantage of the customer, GAS is not cheap and neither are the rentals
Eileen GDon’t charge me for 2 days when only had the trailer for 1 day. Rented the trailer on Friday at 1:00pm and returned it Saturday morning at 10:00am. Was just told to drop it off Saturday even though the shop would be closed. So that’s what I did. Never was told to go online and check it in. Only to find out I was charged for 2 days and had to go back to the shop twice to get the credit for the extra day I didn’t have the trailer. What an inconvenience.
