JESSICA NThe truck was dirty and not from just the last person using it. It had not been cleaned in awhile and the last person using it smoked which is nasty. The check in through the app is far more complicated then needed.
Marcus BThe truck was dirty. I had to clean out the back to use it and I was charged a cleaning fee. The operator was late in opening and I also had to wait on them inspecting the truck. They told me it was dirty in the back and I would need to clean it but not to worry I wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee on return. And yet I was. The steering was loose and dangerous. The steering wheel had at least an inch of freeplay. The inspection done before my use did not check the driveability of the truck. I would not rent another one
