During the pickup process, Carrie at Steve's Store was very helpful, and got me in and out in a timely fashion. Drop off was a breeze. I called ahead, and Steve gave clear instructions on return. The whole process was great!

Overcharging customer? If not, please explain why customers account had 2 different charges on credit card, causing overdraft fee.
