Employees can’t understand English. Employees don’t know how to use program. It took me an hour to pick up the truck. I brought it back four hours later and handed the key to the man behind the counter. I asked, “All set” and he took the key and nodded yes. He never checked it in on the computer! The next day I’m getting emails about returning the truck by 5 pm. Called the place and got no answer. Can’t remember how I finally got someone, but it took them all day to fix the no check in issue!!!!!
