Cit the pine tree down that is in the middle of the parking lot,… it makes it very difficult to drop off and pick up trailers.
LARRY LThere was no person at the location. It was a drop off only. There were signs with the phone number to call. The lady was very nice and helpful. Tha k you very much!
NANCY PComputers were down when I went to pick up Saturday so I couldn’t access the key lock; called and left messages, lady called me back after 10 minute wait to let me know she would be with me shortly and that the computers were down; five minutes later she and I were able to work around the computer glitch and get the key; after that process everything went smoothly except that I had reserved a hand truck and a floor dolly and neither of them was in the truck; I don’t want to charged for them “missing” and would appreciate a refund if I got charged for them.
james aLost one star for how difficult it was for app to know that I was actually next to the UHaul trucks! The address in uhauls computer for this dealer is not accurate and thus required a phone call to sort out and resulted in my having less time for my rental. I returned it < 2 hours after rental and should only pay for the 2 hours plus mileage.
