Computers were down when I went to pick up Saturday so I couldn’t access the key lock; called and left messages, lady called me back after 10 minute wait to let me know she would be with me shortly and that the computers were down; five minutes later she and I were able to work around the computer glitch and get the key; after that process everything went smoothly except that I had reserved a hand truck and a floor dolly and neither of them was in the truck; I don’t want to charged for them “missing” and would appreciate a refund if I got charged for them.

Lost one star for how difficult it was for app to know that I was actually next to the UHaul trucks! The address in uhauls computer for this dealer is not accurate and thus required a phone call to sort out and resulted in my having less time for my rental. I returned it < 2 hours after rental and should only pay for the 2 hours plus mileage.
