Rental was NOT ready and had no idea of my reservation. They had to call corporate to get my reservation processed. Spent as much time waiting on other customers as my rental. Finally, processed my rental and was told the trailer was customer installed. I will not rent from this location again and will tell others. Perhaps the main rental location in Panama City would be a better option.
