the person doesn't know to deal with the auto dolly, location doesn't seem safe & no enough space from 2 customers loading or unloading auto dolly at the same time or even if one working it will block the way for anyone else to pick a truck & leave. equipment weren't ready for over 4 hrs & many calls to resolve the issue

The right side turn signals and break light are not working in the back right of the truck. Everything else is good.
DAWSON MThe location I booked my original U-Haul at was changed to this location. I had reserved and was guaranteed a 10' Moving Van. Upon getting to the updated location, they did not have this van. I had to upgrade to a 15' Truck, which costs more. I am also dealing with multiple charges to my account due to having to book 2 vans from this mix up.
MAYA M1. They told me they would check it in an hour. I said I want to do that now. Glad I did. 2. Their record of mileage at start of rental was almost 100 miles more than what my picture of the mileage showed. They did fix that. 3. I reserved a van at a more convenient location. I got a message to go to this location instead to pick up the van. When I drove up I saw a U-Haul van out front. After parking, it was not in site. When I went in they gave me an enclosed truck instead and said they never had a van. Big coincidence if it was just someone stopping there. I am not pleased with them or U-Haul as I had to drive a large truck on I-85 and I-26 instead of the van I reserved about a week before.
