DALE GWe have access to the Internet and we know how to use it, but I feel sorry for people who don’t have that and I am curious how they would rent a U-Haul and the people that run the place weren’t available so everything had to be done via the Internet. Maybe there is a way and I just don’t know about that. But everyone that we dealt with at Uhaul was extremely polite, professional courteous, and nice!
