We have access to the Internet and we know how to use it, but I feel sorry for people who don’t have that and I am curious how they would rent a U-Haul and the people that run the place weren’t available so everything had to be done via the Internet. Maybe there is a way and I just don’t know about that. But everyone that we dealt with at Uhaul was extremely polite, professional courteous, and nice!

KIRK HScheduling should make sure that the equipment reserved is really there. Very disappointed that the location had to accommodate us with an extra trailer because scheduling at the regional center screwed up.
