The parking lot is large, cluttered and confusing due to all the equipment here. There is no clear place to park a truck with a trailer. I think when you try to do too many things, you end up not doing any of them well.
PAUL WThe TM - 10 ft truck was new and in very new condition , the trailer was not. It was dirty and obviously been through a snow storm. It could have been a little cleaner. The guy who dispatched the truck seemed bothered, not really friendly or overly helpful. Just going through the rental motions.
