very straightforward and helpful with set up. Cleaned out the trailer and helped me identify a missing fuse in my car while hooking up. Only hang up I had was with choosing a return location. I was taking a one way rental and for what ever reason, the Uhaul maps could not locate the zip code for the house I was going to. Parker Feed said I had to choose a specific drop off location from a limited list within the wrong zip code on the uhaul site. I went to the online chat for help on uhaul and they changed the reservation to a drop of my choosing. Letting dealers select any drop off site would improve this process.
ANDREW BWe returned the truck 20 minutes before it was due. They told us they had a few other contracts to process and would take care of ours at the same time. I get my receipt via email and noticed I was charged an extra day. I called an they tried saying I returned it beyond my time. Seemingly, they entered my return time as the time they processed the paperwork, almost 40 minutes later. When I called, he kept trying to talk over me, but agreed to correct the issue and charge me correctly. They should be required to process each rental return as they come in, regardless of anything else. I'm sure the other people that were in the pile were overcharged as well since they returned before me. This took 2 calls and a promise to call back when they fixed it. I had to log into my bank account (after no call) to see that I was credited. Definately not the best customer service and not how U-Haul should be represented.
STACEY LThe store wasn’t open during this drop off but I’ve used this location before. The key drop box was easy to locate and return instructions were clear.
