I was charged $8 for fuel when I went 11 miles & the dial didn’t move at all (I have picture proof of pick up & drop off) Thought I only needed to fill it up if the gas dial moved, which it didn’t. I don’t understand that & don’t agree with the charge.

The location is amazing. They are always so great. I am extremely disappointed to hear that the last 2 weeks, UHUALs website has been down and they were not able to dispatcher trucks. Our service was extremely slow as well but thankfully, we eventually had good website connection. Please understand how frustrating that is for everyone. The employees can’t get people’s trucks cause the website isn’t working property. And us consumers are waiting forever to get our trucks.
GINA BBecause I won’t be recommending U-Haul for any reason. This is the second time they have made a move excruciatingly awful. Wrong size truck was sent, so I had to get a trailer behind that took two extra hours of driving just to get to load. And now U-Haul is trying to charge me mileage. I’m exhausted, pissed off and broke.
