Im bad with names but the lady at the counter or gentleman that I've dealt with always on the ballgame. Never had an issue at this location. As a matter of fact I came to this location because another location I dealt with didn't even pick up the phone. Came here the canceled my appointment and had me on my way.

ZACHARY AThe experience went well besides the check in process. I had some delays in moving with a friend showing up late to help move me. Checked the truck in 1 hour and 45 min late and was charged double the rate. No flexibility whatsoever. They would not agree to charge me an hourly rate for the extended time. Guess it’s the way these places make money.
