Very picky lady can't speak English is very arrogant and rude.if it wasn't for the girl with blonde hair in Langley we would not be able to return the u haul. She doesn't want to work lady who works here.older women other people had same problems with her
There was an engine oil change warning when we picked up the vehicle and the inside of the doors was quite dirty making me think the only cleaning the vehicle got was what renters do before returning the vehicle. The woman in the office was quite pleasant but she seemed reluctant to leave the office even to check the odometer readings. When I returned the vehicle there was a major discrepancy between the distance calculated using the odometer readings and what I calculated as the distance travelled. The woman in the office was not able to correct this and had to contact the regional office to resolve the problem, This took over half an hour of my time. It was resolved but it should not have happened in the first place. All that was needed was for the odometer reading to have been checked by the office staff before the vehicle was rented out.
The lady checking me in was inefficient and I did not trust that she was able to do her job properly. I was waiting 30 min while she navigated the processes on the computer and after 20 min she said we'd need to start all over again of! Ridiculous! This seemed silly considering I ALREADY HAD COMPLETED THE CHECKOUT ONLINE LIKE I WAS ADVISED TO IN MY EMAIL!!!!!!!
We were charged for gas when we returned it the same as we got it, pictures to prove.

The cargo van was not cleaned or sanitized. The operator at the location called after the vehicle was returned to apologize?
The poor woman behind the desk was very, very new. She had no idea how to complete this transaction. She called UHaul and someone tried to walk her through the steps but they were not very helpful. The transaction took from the 10:00 pick-up until I was handed the key at 11:30. This was not her fault, she should have been shadowing an experienced UHaul employee. She was left on her own, like a goalie being left to hand out and dry. I am a patient person, my husband and another waiting customer left the room out of embrassment for the gal behind the counter. She was polite and cheerful until this crushed her. I am glad her first customer was me, not someone who might yell and throw a fit. This was so unfair and she could hardly represent UHaul in a positive manner.
The staff at this location had not been trained on how to use Uhaul's rental system. It took about 45 minutes to complete the rental process and I had to help them through the process. It wasn't their fault, they were not given the appropriate training before being left on their own to muddle through the process. Also, when I tried to return the vehicle after hours, the online return process didn't work (take photo button didn't work) and again I spent 45 minutes on hold and with Uhaul technical support trying to figure it out. It never did work and I had to email the photo of the odometer and gas gauge to the tech support person then call the rental location the next morning to ensure the return had been completed on time. In all I spent about 1.5 hours renting and returning the vehicle and I only had it rented for 5 hours.

I asked for a 15 foot truck but had to take a 20 foot truck as none were available...definitely need more 15 foot trucks in the location
There was a foul smell in the van. Kind of liked the old way of having a full tank when we pick up or drop off the vehicles
The women who served me were very helpful. Both pick-up and return. The fellow who helped me with my reservation was also very helpful. The van was just what I needed. In good condition. There was a message on screen on dashboard that it was in need of an oil change.

Great service from this location... all was as expected.
Intensive retraining, congrency between on line expections and in person re: driver identification and insurance....did not have the packing blankets we requested, only 6 out of the 12. They had two weeks to ensure the blankets and did not know/explain one way drop off procedures. Drop off smooth at 972 goldstream location in Victoria
Dashboard warning light was lit ... said Engine Oil was at 17%. Truck needs an oil service
Dee was great. I have rented vehicles before but she went out of her way to explain everything and make sure our experience was good. Including a very prompt correct to the payment. Highly recommended this facility. In fact I need to rent a pick up soon. And it will be from here. Cheryl
Should have some kind of a locking gas cap or access door.
Horrible drop off night drop off location closed staff told me to fuck off. there is no lights spent 47 min in a dark industrial area because they didnt have the access code for me to put keys in vault
Computer system was a bit cranky. But the customer agent was terrific.
