Get better trained and nicer personelle. Thus woman had no idea how to rent out a u-haul. I had called to confirm twice before coming. Then after waiting 20 minutes tells me she dies not have a u-call and could care less

DEENA WI don't have an issue with this location. What I have a HUGE issue with is that the original place I reserved it (U-Haul Moving and Storage at 3559 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena CA) was very unhelpful and somewhat rude. Then the other place where my truck was supposed to be (3300 E. Colorado Blvd.) was closed and there was no truck there. Luckily this place helped e out. I'm actually stunned at how horrible the whole online etc. process went!!!
