Was a terrible experience and not sure how Uhaul stays in business providing an experience like this :( 1. Could only access the truck using the app and the app was completely not working 2. When I tried to contact support they told me the app was working fine and I was just not using the app correctly 3. After 30 minutes of trying to get it to work on my own without support, it finally worked and then I was charged double the amount that they quoted me the night before when I reserved the truck.
