Equipment clean inside but wheels and breaks are very rusted. Trailer was very difficult to tow on highway Equipmenr returned after 26 hours, but still 2 days charge
Vladimir SVery disappointed with the fuel situation on my rental. I rented a 10’ U-Haul and drove only 18 miles. Because no one showed me or verified the starting fuel level with me, I took my own photo of the fuel gauge before leaving the lot. After the trip, I put $8 of gas in the truck. When I returned it, the representative told me I needed to put in another $15. I refused because that made absolutely no sense for an 18-mile trip. I ultimately added another $8, meaning I spent $16 on gas to drive just 18 miles. At $1.51/L, that’s approximately 10.6 litres for 29 km. Had I followed the representative’s original request, I would have spent $23 on gas for an 18-mile trip. Fortunately, I photographed the fuel gauge before leaving and again after refuelling. I have asked U-Haul to review this and reimburse the additional $8. My advice to anyone renting here: take a photo of the fuel gauge and mileage before you leave the lot. Don’t rely solely on the fuel level recorded on the rental paperwork.
Nicholas FI wish they had a larger variety of equipment but even without it, quick service, no BS, no wait. I wish all your locations would have the same service.
Roy FThe checkout process on the app was incredibly difficult. Very clunky. Had to start over form the beginning about 5 times. Ended up having to get the attendant to process pickup.
