I wish they had a larger variety of equipment but even without it, quick service, no BS, no wait. I wish all your locations would have the same service.

The checkout process on the app was incredibly difficult. Very clunky. Had to start over form the beginning about 5 times. Ended up having to get the attendant to process pickup.

Masoud MThe truck I rented was extremely dirty and had a thick layer of oil in the bed of the truck and on the ramp. It nearly injured one of us and we were unable to use the ramp. We had to put cardboard down all in the bed and put AV equipment on it.
