DAVID HI would never recommend U-Haul for anyone I have been put through the wringer with this company. I paid for my reservation went to pick up the truck after driving 3 hours from racine wi . I was told to drive another 1 and a half to another location to pick up another truck cuz mine was not available. Then I was give a smaller truck . My son had to throw away a brand new bed , desk and chair cuz there was no room in the truck . I had to drive there multiple trips cuz of the small truck . Then when we dropped the truck off a few days later with a full tank of gas . I then got a nasty email saying I never dropped the truck off . I then call and yell about this nasty email and informed them per contract the truck was dropped off . I even had to send a screenshot of the contract. This has caused such a large of amount of anxiety. I have never had suck a bad experience with any company before this . In short your company sucks !
