Truck was a disaster. Very dirty, tank almost empty (despite it said it was a quarter tank) and very very old vehicle. I cant believe they charge me for cleaning
LUCILA CThe pick up and drop off process through the app is too complicated. Took way too long each time and the app had too many issues. I had to go to two different locations for the rental and I was not given the dolly I had rented as well. Trying to reach someone on the phone to help was also troubling. Something that was supposed to be easier was not at all.
Valentina Sincrease the efficiency of your download rate, for pictures always have trouble because of site malfunction.
Stephen BCustomer service was horrible. It was very deceiving on how long I could keep the truck on the return time and date. I was told that I could bring it back on a specific day and I wouldn’t be charged and I was charged terrible location. Terrible customer service.
