From the experience I had, I didn't see anything that needed improvement. The truck was ready and available when I went to pick it up. The representative at the location was friendly and helpful. I don't usually make recommendations but if someone I know was inquiring about renting a truck I would be happy to recommend this U-Haul location.

MARGOT HI know this is probably a corporate level thing, but the vehicles should be FULL of gas when someone picks them up. I wasted a LOT of money because I didn't know how much gas to put in it for our initial trip. I ended up turning it in with more gas than I needed but I have no way of getting reimbursed for that and Uhaul comes out on top. I will NOT be recommending ANY Uhauls rentals to friends for this single reason.
Eileen GWe called another place first and the person who answered was not helpful. Then we called the Philipsburg one on 22. And the woman was great! Very nice and helpful! Highly recommend
