Changed my pick up location one day before not convenient for me at all based on where I was going
Arlene CThey had to change to this location.Because my truck was no longer available at the original location. The clerk inside did not how to process the rental transaction. He put me on the phone with someone who made me redo my whole reservation. The process took way longer than needed.
ALEXIS KCounter person had no idea how to check the vehicle back in and said he couldn’t see my name in the system. Also was charged for 2 gallons gas. I picked up the truck with 216 m left in tank (1/2 tank) and returned it with 230 miles left (1/2). Snapped pic of the pickup dashboard but not the drop so I don’t have a chance in pushing the agenda but I should not have been charged gas ($13.64). Would like it refunded
