First your app lied and said we needed to wait till 9am. Your customer service hung up on us when trying to get service. The person doing our reservation messed it up and converted from a one way to a round trip. When went to our previously established drop off location, we were rudely told that if we were to drop off at that location, we would be charge an absurd amount of money. Overall this was a terrible experience. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
