water bottles and garbage was left inside the truck. Got there no reservation found for us they had to reload everything. english was a bit of a problem . it is whatever the location was at the bottom of our street.

PAOLA COur vehicle smelled strongly of manure. When we brought this to the attention on the attendant at the location where we picked it up, he said there was little he could do and blamed it on the previous attendant for not checking over the vehicle properly. Then he offered us a can of Axe body spray to mask the smell. When we refused that he gave us a bottle of Febreze, which did absolutely nothing! Also, one of the doors at the back of the vehicle would not open. This made our moving experience very difficult. We would definitely not recommend this location in the future.
