The location is a little cramped with the gas station and auto repair shop there. The people were excellent and nice, but I feel the Uhaul in itself might have run a little rough for me. Also, there were times when the sliding door got stuck. Overall, the people were super nice, but we could use updates on location and uhauls. BTW, when I called, no one picked up the phone.
Man at counter did everything on computer, handed me keys and said "there you go".
Many issues processing the order and entering into the computer. Location did not have the 12 pads or boxes available. They stated that they credited the $10.00 for the pads yet the bill still reflected the charge.

The pick-up location and personnel were fine - my problem was I didn't receive a confirmation call as stated in the email - I called and found out the pick-up location had been changed. Also I had a 20-30 minute wait time on the phone each time I called..

The experience that I had at this location was very good. The equipment was available as promised and in good/clean condition. The check-in/check-out was done in a reasonable amount of time. I will be using and recommending this location in the future.
The check-in app was horrible. I had so many problem, it took me an hour to get it completed. It put my whole move behind schedule. And, worst of all, it out three hold-charges on my credit card!
I was sent to a location Originally that is further away from where I live. The rep did something wrong and charged my credit card and cancelled the order. I was not able to get the truck unless I paid another $600 and I had to wait 4 business days to get my original payment refunded. Not to mention he was unable to print me any paperwork or receipt. Needless to say I was not about to allow this guy to charge my card again. I was sent to the Quick lube in Plano and she was absolutely amazing. It may be a benefit to allow the customers to choose the location they would like to go to.

The charges were not only extensive but they were charged to a credit card that they assured us wouldn't be charged, causing serious consequences. Location couldn't have cared less.

Truth in advertising. Hours on website said 0800. The representative did not arrive at business until 0845, which cut an hour off the rental time.

They feel their lube business is more important than their uhaul customers. I had to do the hookup by myself. Thank goodness I'm a uhaul CSR or it could have been a disaster for uhaul.
